Go from being a manager to a true leader. This course differentiates day-to-day personnel management from what it takes to be a leader, the various approaches to leadership and what works (as well as what doesn’t), and will give insight to attendees on their personal leadership styles.
Leading No Matter the Circumstance-NEW

Sometimes the best lessons are learned the hard way. With a light-hearted approach to real-world examples, as well as leadership failures in movies and pop culture, this course takes attendees through a humorous journey of learning how to become a better leader, even in challenging work environments.
