Join us in this FREE event on using aquaculture and aquaponics for teaching and learning in middle and high school classrooms. Open to all educators and pre-service teachers interested in aquaculture/aquaponics or already working with it in the classroom. Come to learn about educator experiences, challenges and opportunities, and workforce development pathways from Ohio teachers and industry experts. Contribute to the establishment of a peer network, discuss future professional development needs, and walk away with tools and resources to implement in your classroom.
Participants will receive a Certificate of Completion for (4) contact hours of professional development.

Registration, refreshments, and networking begin at 8:30am. Light morning refreshments will be provided.
Program begins at 9am, ending at 1pm after a tour of OSU’s Controlled Environment Agriculture Research Complex (CEARC).
