The Manufacturing Pathways Bootcamp is a two-week, flexible hybrid training program designed to equip participants with the foundational skills needed for success in today’s manufacturing industry. The program includes approximately 28 online courses, combined with hands-on labs, a company tour of the Honda-Anna Engine Plant, and industry in-person sessions.
Participants will complete the nationally recognized Certified Manufacturing Associate (CMfgA) credential developed by Tooling U–SME. Throughout the bootcamp, students will gain hands-on exposure to critical manufacturing areas, including:
- CNC Machining
- Robotics
- Quality Control
- Safety
- Lean Manufacturing Principles
