Attendees will gain real-world insight on each generation and how to lead a diverse\, multi-generational workforce. \nBeyond Being Just Another Boss-NEW\nMarch 11th\, 2026\, 1 pm – 4 pm\nGo from being a manager to a true leader. This course differentiates day-to-day personnel management from what it takes to be a leader\, the various approaches to leadership and what works (as well as what doesn’t)\, and will give insight to attendees on their personal leadership styles. \nLeading No Matter the Circumstance-NEW\nApril 8th\, 2026\, 1 pm – 4 pm \nSometimes the best lessons are learned the hard way.
