DESCRIPTION:The Evolving Leader Series is 4 sessions. 3 new sessions and one that was brought back due to popular demand. \nCommunicating Across Generations- NEW\nFebruary 11th\, 2026\, 1 pm – 4 pm\nWith five generations in today’s workplace\, it has never been more important to understand key generational differences and how they shape work expectations and communication styles. Attendees will gain real-world insight on each generation and how to lead a diverse\, multi-generational workforce. \nBeyond Being Just Another Boss-NEW\nMarch 11th\, 2026\, 1 pm – 4 pm\nGo from being a manager to a true leader. This course differentiates day-to-day personnel management from what it takes to be a leader\, the various approaches to leadership and what works (as well as what doesn’t)\, and will give insight to attendees on their personal leadership styles. \nLeading No Matter the Circumstance-NEW\nApril 8th\, 2026\, 1 pm – 4 pm \nSometimes the best lessons are learned the hard way. With a light-hearted approach to real-world examples\, as well as leadership failures in movies and pop culture\, this course takes attendees through a humorous journey of learning how to become a better leader\, even in challenging work environments. \nAccountability = Coaching + Expectations-POPULAR\nMay 13th\, 2026\, 1 pm – 4 pm \nDiscover the ACE Model of performance management\, creating a culture of accountability through effective coaching and setting clear expectations.
